• Leverage the Strong Interest Inventory 244 Career Assessment to generate unforeseen possibilities.
• Determine exactly what you want in your life and work so that you get a clear idea about the boxes your new career will need to check.

This phase leverages your self-awareness as you begin to brainstorm themes arising from your values, even some you would not have previously considered.  From those themes, you then generate specific career ideas that are an expression of you. You'll explore these further between sessions, finally arriving at your top new career options.

• Brainstorm a boatload of career ideas based on what you want and what interests you.
• Paint a clear mental picture of your favorite options, imagining what life and work might really be like if you chose these careers.
• Choose career option "finalists" to bring to the last phase of career transition planning.

During this final phase, the road to your next career becomes more clear, plans come together, and at the end of the coaching journey you'll pick a career and the route you'll take to get there.
